Replacement Axle Assemblies

Replacement axle assemblies for the CAT 267/ 277 / 287 MTLs and ASV RC/PT 100 Small compact loaders.

Rebuildable, Replacement Axle Assemblies.
Bair Products will now be able to offer an Upgraded axle that will outlive the OEM. These axles can also be used with OEM rubber wheels or with Bair's heavy duty, solid, alloy wheels.

Grease Filled - Both Idler and Bogie Axles are filled with grease, not oil. Water will not be able to condensate which means no more corrosion on the bearings. Axles also have a shielded grease zerk for protection and easy re-lubrication of bearings with a grease gun.
Purgeable Seals- Continue pumping grease into the axles until it comes out of the seal. This lets the end user know the axle assembly is full and allows moisture or containments to purge out of the assembly. If the seal fails, the grease will not leak out.

Idler axles have been upgraded to a double stack tapered bearing. Durability is now increased greatly over the OEM axle assemblies. As a convienience to it's customer's, Bair Products has built these assemblies so that the end user may rebuild the axles with OEM and/or Bair's Seals, Bearings or Snap Rings. This allows for fast and efficient repairs with little down time.
